Through the email marketing/communication service, the company collects certain personal information about subscribers. The basic required information includes only the email address. If subscribers want to add more information in their profile, they will be able to fill fields with contact details as: name, surname, company, phone number, state, postal code, country, title, city, and department.

We collect personal information when the subscribers provide it to us into two different ways:

• Subscribers complete subscription form.
• BeCrop® Portal Users accept the reception of email communications from the company and all its products. This acceptance will be performed by clicking on the box reserved for this purpose in their personal account of the BeCrop® Portal.

4. Purpose of the information collection

We use the information subscribers provide us to send them information regarding Biome Makers and all its products, as well as additional information related to the industry in which the company operates that we feel may be of interest to you.

5. How we use personal information

We don’t disclose personal information to third parties. All the data collected for marketing/communications purpose is stored at our subscriber data base at Mailchimp platform.

6. Rights over personal information

A. Access: The subscribers will be able to submit subject access requests, which oblige Biome Makers to provide a copy of any personal data concerning them. Subscribers can access their information entering their profile. This option will be offer always at the bottom of all the communications subscribers receive. In addition, subscribers will be able to ask for this information to the company by contacting to legal@biomemakers.com. In a period of time of one month the company will produce this information.

B. Rectification: If subscribers discover that the information Biome Makers holds on them is inaccurate or incomplete, they can request to update it. This option will be offer always at the bottom of all the communications subscribers receive. In addition, subscribers will be able to ask for this information to the company by contacting to legal@biomemakers.com.

C. Erasure: Subscribers can request Biome Makers erase their data in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary, the data was unlawfully processed or it no longer meets the lawful ground for which it was collected. This option will be offer always at the bottom of all the communications subscribers receive. In addition, subscribers will be able to ask for this information to the company by contacting to legal@biomemakers.com.
